With deep roots in Kalamazoo and a passion for helping people navigate one of life's biggest decisions, I've proudly served as a Realtor® with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices MI Real Estate since 2016. Since 2020, I've also been a dedicated member of the relocation team, helping individuals and families transition smoothly in and out of the Kalamazoo area. Steve Roberts, Owner of Roberts Development Group, Inc., has been building homes and remodeling in the Kalamazoo area since 1996. Starting from a family tradition of building quality homes, Steve strives for a unique, high quality home for his owners as well as an enjoyable building experience.
Building a home can be one of life's largest purchases. Your memories of that process should only be positive. Being on a friendly first name basis with our team, our subcontractors and the people that work for them is our “normal”. Visiting the site and walking through the changes that happen on a daily or weekly basis is encouraged!
We can work with your existing floorplan, your architect or designer, or we can direct you to the highly skilled local designer we use when your ideas have not yet made it to paper. If you desire help when choosing colors and interior décor, our Color and Design Coordinator would love to help you all the way through the process or just on the items of your choice.
Most importantly, we work to produce a high quality product for you — not only in the things you can see and touch, but also underneath the finished product. Understanding what needs to go into a home to make it stand the test of time comes with experience and a relentless pursuit to become better at what you do every day. I still work on the jobsite today in that endless pursuit.
